Sip Seasonal Cocktails Inspired By Cherry Blossoms In Reston
Welcome spring and the return cherry blossoms by sipping one of these seasonal beverages.

RESTON, VA — With spring's arrival last week and the start of the 2026 National Cherry Blossom Festival in Washington, D.C., there are more opportunities to get outside to enjoy the warm weather and maybe even sip a seasonal adult beverage.
Mixologists at many of the bars and restaurants in and around Reston have been busy crafting cocktails to capture the essence of spring in Northern Virginia.

Davio's Northern Italian Steakhouse, 1902 Reston Metro Plaza, Reston
- Sip into spring with Davio's delightful Cherry Blossom Cocktail "Davio's in Bloom." Infused with delicate cherry flavors and floral notes, this exquisite beverage is the perfect way to celebrate the arrival of spring and the beautiful bloom of the Cherry Blossom Trees. Try "Davio's in Bloom" for $15 through April 15.

Taquería Xochi, 1450 S Eads St. Suite 32, in Arlington
- "Geraldine Mendoza and team are offering a 'Cielo Sakura' ($18 bright spring spritz with Cenote Reposado tequila, Aperol, rose, grapefruit, and sakura) and their 'Sakura Paleta' ($5 - Cherry Blossom cream Mexica popsicle with floral notes and white chocolate)."
Northside Social, 3211 Wilson Blvd. in Arlington
- Northside Social Arlington will host a Cake-Paint & Sip event where guests can decorate their own cake. The event
runs from 3:30–8:30 p.m., on Tuesday, April 7. Each ticket ($40) includes a generous slice of strawberry cake with vanilla buttercream, a frosting palette to paint with, and a choice of wine, beer, or a non-alcoholic beverage.
Northside Social, 205 Park Ave. in Falls Church
- On Sunday, April 12, at 2 p.m., guests can enjoy a Cherry Blossom-Themed Afternoon Tea, featuring a selection of teas and house-made petit fours. Specialty-priced sparkling wines will also be available. Tickets are $45 per person and can be purchased here.

- Enjoy Japanese-American Chef Ben Murray’s Fresas con Crema Sundae $12 (Strawberries fresh & dried, sorbet, jam, sweet labne cream, pistachio) and Fresas con crema cocktail $15 (Vodka, strawberries, coconut milk, with a touch of lime and chocolate garnish), or get both for only $25.

Caboose Tavern, 520 Mill St. Northeast in Vienna
- In celebration of the upcoming annual Cherry Blossom Festival, the team behind Northern Virginia favorites Caboose Commons and Caboose Tavern has introduced the Sakura Sipper — a vibrant, spring-inspired cocktail crafted with gin, cherry blossom powder, fresh lemon juice, guava nectar, and lemon-lime soda. Light, floral, and refreshing, the Sakura Sipper is a festive nod to the season and available for a limited time.
