Critical violation: Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A food employee failed to wash his or her hands and change gloves before engaging in food preparation after breaking raw shell eggs.
Critical violation: Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Working containers of poisonous and toxic materials are not properly labeled with a common name. Observed two unlabeled bottles of bleach.

Non-critical violation: Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Unlabeled food containers with the following food items that are not easily identified by appearance: bottles of various cooking oils
Non-critical violation: Observation (REPEAT): There is no test kit located in the facility for monitoring the concentration of the chemical sanitizing solutions. Facility has a test kit for quaternary ammonia which is not used in facility & does not have a test kit for bleach which is used.

Observed facility is date marking raw meat but not cooked items.
