This is a great versatile skirt (this one is from the Loft but no longer available online -- other options here, here, here,here). Lace is still a hot trend for 2014.
The lace gives it a lady like feel, so I kept the rest of the outfit structured and casual work appropriate, because I know you are in the office a lot lately.
But these looks can easily transition to weekend, or dinner out.
