Surprise visit from Sons of the American Revolution

Presentation from Sons of the American Revolution to Lake Anne ES

Today we had a wonderful surprise at Lake Anne ES. Mr. Jeff Thomas from the National Society of the Sons of the American Revolution stopped by to present our library with a replica of the Declaration of Independence and a CD of various historic events which is broken down into grade levels. In addition Mr. Thomas is offering the school tons of interactive programs that we can team up with his group throughout the school year to do.
