Teen Threatens Reston Police Officer Through Social Media: Police

A juvenile faces a felony charge after the incident.

RESTON, VA -- Police have arrested a juvenile on a felony charge after allegedly threatening a police officer in the Reston District Station earlier this month.

The juvenile was arrested for "making an electronic threat against a police officer" back on Feb. 2, according to a report from the Fairfax County Police Department.

Police say the threat was made through social media, but did not specify which platform.
