The BIG Reveal!

Finally, the day has arrived!  Our brand spankin' new Storm Fitness website has launched! I hope you enjoy it and all that it has to offer! 

We now have a post section which will keep you up to date with the latest health and fitness info.  

You can also read all about each of Storm Fitness's amazing trainers on their individual profile pages - so proud of our Team.  

It feels good to have the new Storm Fitness website up and running as I must admit, between family and work it feels like a miracle that this got completed!

Now, since this article is about the Big Reveal I thought it would be pertinent to share with you a big reveal about a Storm Fitness client that just occurred last week....

Our client Kiki (no, that is not her real name, but it is the nickname that all of her friends call her), was gearing up for a big reunion that she was having with some former college classmates in upstate New York.  She had not seen them in over 20 years.  It was the motivation she needed to make a change in her life.  

Kiki had been fit back in college and was a former soccer player, but life got the best of her when she graduated and became full time at a prestigious law firm in DC.  She then had her first child and began working part time - trying to balance it all, she never quite lost all of the baby weight.  Then, her second baby came - she put on 20 lbs more than when she had her first child and with that never got the full 60 lbs off that she had gained.
