The Truth About Exercise and Your Weight

Weight loss is a popular topic that seems to be at the forefront of many table side conversations. I have clients ask me all the time why, even when they exercise, they find losing weight such a difficult task.

The simple answer is that your body was designed to maintain a natural, healthy weight. When it does not, it is kindly warning you that something in your lifestyle is out of balance.

It takes more than just exercise to reach and maintain a healthy weight. It requires working with your body's chemistry; modifying the hormones that promote weight loss rather than weight gain.
