RESTON, VA — Registration is underway for the Third Annual Tour de Hunter Mill bicycle ride, which will give bicyclists of all ages and abilities a chance to explore the district by bike.

"They're going to be three routes, so you can pick and choose," Hunter Mill District Supervisor Walter Alcorn said, at the March 21 Board of Supervisors meeting. "The family ride is 5.9 miles, the short ride is 15.5 miles and, for the more ambitious, the long ride is 29 miles. So there's a route for every ability."

All three routes will begin and end at the Reston Community Center at Hunters Woods, which is located at 2310 Colts Neck Road. The long and short rides include a pitstop at Frying Pan Farm Park.
