Townhouse Fire Erupts In Reston

No one was injured after fire "raced across the top of the attic."

RESTON, VA -- Everyone escaped unharmed after a townhouse fire in Reston over the weekend.

Firefighters responded to a fire in the 2000 block of Swan's Neck Way at around 1:45 p.m. on Saturday.

When they arrived, they found that fire was "racing across the top of the attic," according to a fire official in a video update posted on Twitter.

Firefighters first accounted for all occupants and then worked to put out the fire.

There were no injuries. Investigators are trying to determine the cause of the fire.
