It was one of a number of issues in Fairfax County caused by storms driven by Tropical Storm Michael.

RESTON, VA -- A tree has blocked a roadway in Reston following Thursday storms.
The tree is down in the area of Steeplechase Drive and Lawyers Road, according to a report from the Fairfax County Police Department.
Storms rolled through the Reston area on Thursday thanks to the movements of Tropical Storm Michael, which slammed into the Florida coast as a Category 4 hurricane before moving northeast and then exiting back into the Atlantic Ocean off the Virginia coast.
