United Launches New Dulles-Costa Rica Nonstop For Holiday Travelers
United will launch daily seasonal nonstop flights from Dulles to Liberia, Costa Rica, from Dec. 17 through Jan. 4.
DULLES, VA — United Airlines is expanding its international network from Washington Dulles International Airport with a new seasonal nonstop route to Liberia, Costa Rica, timed for the winter holiday travel season.
The daily seasonal service will begin Dec. 17 and operate through Jan. 4 aboard a Boeing 737. According to United, it will be the only nonstop flight between Washington Dulles and Liberia.
The new route gives travelers in the Washington region another nonstop option for visiting Costa Rica during one of the busiest travel periods of the year. Liberia serves as a gateway to many of the country's Pacific coast beaches and national parks.
