Very Warm Weather Coming To Reston

RESTON, VA -- Sick of this extreme cold? Well, you've got a couple more days of it in Reston and Herndon, and then things really start to heat up.

Lows on Friday and Saturday are expected to hit 5 and 4 degrees, respectively, with winds of around 20 miles per hour sending the wind chill temperature into the negatives. But by Monday, temperatures will be on a major upswing, and we're expected to hit highs in the 50s by Thursday.

That's right, the forecasted high for Reston on Thursday, Jan. 11 is 52 degrees, according to Weather.com. Friday will be warm as well, reaching a high of 50 before temperatures nudge back down into the 40s and high 30s the following days.

So if you're tired of this blistering cold, relief is on the way.
