Driver Escapes Car Trapped In Reston Floodwaters: Report
The driver managed to escape the car that had become stuck on Fox Mill Road.

RESTON, VA -- A driver managed to escape in Reston after the car became stuck in floodwaters due to the heavy rain.
Fairfax Fire and Rescue tweeted at 9:41 a.m. that units responded to a "potential water rescue" in the 2700 block of Fox Mill Road.
They found a car stuck in the flooded roadway. Fortunately, the driver had managed to escape before they arrived.
