When One Bathroom Remodeling Job Turns Into Three

Having worked with Northwood in Northern VA before on a renovation in their previous home, the Harts felt confident Bob and his team.

You wouldn’t think a little problem with some faulty tile in one bathroom would eventually lead to three complete bathroom redesigns, but that’s exactly what happened to Northern Virginia residents Bryne and Brenda Hart. “We were concerned there was going to be water damage, so we knew we needed to do it from a home repair perspective,” Brenda explains. “Then we decided that, as long as we were going to do it, we may as well redesign the bathroom.”

Having worked with Northwood Construction on a basement renovation in their previous home, the Harts felt confident Bob and his team were the right ones to take on their bathroom remodel. What they didn’t anticipate was being so happy with the results that they’d go on to renovate two more bathrooms.

“There’s a lot of comfort in knowing we’re bringing in somebody who was going to get the job done right and wasn’t going to be covering up problems that we didn’t know about or would find out about later,” Bryne says. That comfort level was a big part of the reason that the Harts kept coming back to Northwood—and kept remodeling bathroom after bathroom.

Of course, it’s not just the trust they already had established with Northwood. Bryne and Brenda both found themselves impressed with the level of detail put into their designs. “I’m just really delighted with the results, “Brenda says, laughing. “All I can say is the kitchen is probably next.”
