You Too Can Age Gracefully

As I have mentioned in other posts, getting older is a privilege; one that takes some planning and a little effort.  Having a strong and flexible body is one of the best ways to stay independent and enjoy older age.

Think of it this way. It takes a certain amount of balance and strength to fully enjoy your life. How many times have you seen other people avoid going somewhere or take an embarrassing roll in a wheelchair just because their body just wasn't up to the task?
 
I have seen first hand how just a little of the right kind of exercise can make dramatic improvement in someone's ability (at any age) to get out and have some fun. So stop already with the "I am too old" excuses and find out how to enjoy your life more.
