VIENNA, VA – The Vienna-based Navy Federal Credit Union has just been ranked the best among U.S. brands when it comes to customer experience, according to a new survey.
Forrester's Global Customer Experience Index assesses how customers feel about brands across industries, including banking, retail, travel and telecommunications, Navy Federal Credit Union said in a release. The 2026 index reviewed 462 brands in 13 countries.
Navy Federal Credit Union scored 81.2 in the ranking, it said. The score was based on reviews from customers who had interacted with the brand over the past year.
This is not the first time Navy Federal has been recognized for its customer service, its workplace culture or other attributes.
Navy Federal is the country's largest credit union. It was founded in 1933 and has expanded its membership steadily over the years. It now encompasses the entire Department of Defense and Space Force and has branches worldwide. Navy Federal's website says it employs 5,600 people in Vienna, Virginia.
