• Mosaic District Loses Pizza Restaurant, To Gain Family Friendly Gathering Place: Report (patch.com) — Vienna-area diners will see a big change at Mosaic District as Matchbox has closed its location there, with its last day of service on Aug. 16. The space at 2911 District Ave. is set to become a new Makers Union restaurant, promising a family-friendly spot for brunch, American favorites, and group gatherings convenient to Vienna residents.
