VIENNA, VA — A Maple Avenue building housing a plastic surgery center sold for $3.95 million and will be renovated for another plastic surgery practice, the Washington Business Journal reported.
Dominion Medical Care LLC bought the three-story, 10,000-square-foot building at 502 Maple Ave. W. on Thursday, according to the report. The practice plans to occupy 6,670 square feet across the second and third floors, with additional medical or professional office space available for lease.
The building's longtime tenant, Younger Image Plastic Surgery Center, is relocating to Tysons. Freedom Bank will remain on the ground floor, with an additional 1,300 square feet available for retail or office use.
Dominion Medical expects to apply for renovation permits within four to six weeks, the report said.
