VIENNA, VA – Three restaurants in the Town of Vienna made Northern Virginia Magazine's most recent list of the region's 50 best.
According to Northern Virginia Magazine, the new list of the best restaurants in Northern Virginia, published on Wednesday, is the result of months of wining, dining and opining.
The Vienna restaurants making the list of the top 50 are:
Clarity. This "casual fine dining" restaurant focuses on local ingredients. The reviewer recommends the Yellowfin tuna and tiger shrimp, five-spice-braised short rib and banana bread pudding.
Evelyn Rose. This restaurant promises sustainable cooking with a menu that changes with the produce of the season. The reviewer recommends the whole-milk ricotta cavatelli, seared Hokkaido scallop tataki and charred sweet summer corn.
Roberto's Ristorante Italiano. This white-tablecloth Italian restaurant promises authenticity and a sense of celebration. The reviewer recommends gnocchi con salsiccia, risotto con asparagi and burrata with prosciutto and apricot.
