• Target 7: Old church gets new life as a free food pantry (wdbj7.com) — A former Vinton church has been transformed into the Grace.Period Free Food Pantry, now serving local families struggling with rising grocery costs. Located at 1201 Hardy Road, it will open the first Saturday each month, with the next distribution on October 3 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., offering a welcoming, volunteer-supported place to stretch tight food budgets.
