• Community Watch: WPD Seeks Wanted Man In Probation Case (thewinchestergazette.com) — Winchester Police are asking for the public's help locating Tommy Jackson Jr., who is wanted in Winchester on an alleged felony probation violation tied to an earlier drug possession case. Residents with any information can call WPD at 540-662-4131 or submit an anonymous online tip to assist officers.
   

• Winchester Police Launch Community Trust Survey (thewinchestergazette.com) — Winchester residents are being asked to complete a new Winchester Police Department community trust survey that will help shape policies on bias-free policing, victim services, and community relations. The questionnaire covers perceptions of WPD, recent victimization experiences in Winchester, and suggestions for improving services and communication, and is available now through the department's website.
   

• ArtScape 18 Call for Art Now Open Through December (thewinchestergazette.com) — Downtown Winchester's ArtScape banners are up now, and ShenArts is already inviting submissions for next year's ArtScape 18, with an application deadline of Dec. 5, 2026. Artists from the ShenArts region, including Winchester, can submit up to three original, non-AI works for potential display on light-post banners and in a Museum of the Shenandoah Valley exhibition through 2027.
