10-Year-Old Boy Assaulted By Family Member In Dumfries: Police
A 10-year-old boy was strangled and assaulted by a woman identified as a "family member" Tuesday in Dumfries: Prince William County Police.

DUMFRIES, VA—A 10-year-old boy was strangled and assaulted by a woman identified as a "family member" Tuesday at a residence in the 17700 block of Main Street, according to Prince William County Police. Jacqueline Nicole Fraley, 32, of the aforementioned address, was charged with strangulation and domestic assault and battery.
Around 10:30, police responded to a reported assault. The boy said he and the woman were in an argument that escalated. She grabbed his arm and pulled it behind his back, and when he tried to go to his room she grabbed him by the neck and threw him against a bunk bed.
He was able to break free and flee with another family member to call police. Minor injuries were reported.
