$100K Lottery Ticket Claimed By Woodbridge Man
A Woodbridge man won $100,000 with a Virginia Lottery scratch-off ticket.

WOODBRIDGE, VA—Sometimes sitting in traffic at a stop light is the epitome of helplessness—unless you make it something else. That's what Woodbridge resident Horation Johnson recently did. Namely, to escape the wait, he decided to pull into an adjacent Exxon station at 3514 Old Bridge Road.
While there, he decided to buy a Virginia Lottery scratch-off ticket, "$4,000,000 Spectacular Riches." When he scratched off the appropriate shielding, he found he had just won $100,000. "Almost flipped my lid," Johnson later told Virginia Lottery officials.
