13-Year-Old Girl Sexually Assaulted In Woodbridge: Police
A man was arrested Friday for a sexual incident involving a 13-year-old girl in Woodbridge, according to Prince William County Police.
WOODBRIDGE, VA—A man was arrested Friday for a sexual incident involving a 13-year-old girl, according to Prince William County Police. Abel Perez Romero, 30, of the 5700 block of Mantle Court in Woodbridge, was charged with carnal knowledge and taking indecent liberties with a child.
On Thursday, police looked into a reported inappropriate relationship that had occurred that morning at a residence. They found that Romero, who was staying at the home, had been sexually involved with the girl. He's being held without bond.
