13-Year-Old Suspect In Woodbridge Domestic Shooting Arrested: Police
A 13-year-old boy accused of shooting an 18-year-old woman on Sunday has been arrested, police say.
WOODBRIDGE, VA – The 13-year-old Woodbridge boy sought after a reported domestic shooting has been arrested, Prince William County police say.
According to the Prince William County Police Department, a 13-year-old boy wanted in connection with a shooting on Sunday that injured an 18-year-old woman was arrested on Tuesday. The boy is charged with aggravated malicious wounding, use of a firearm in commission of a felony, shooting in an occupied dwelling and juvenile possession of a firearm.
Prince William County police say the boy is accused of shooting an 18-year-old woman after an argument in a home on the 15500 block of Lebourget Court in Woodbridge Sunday night. Police say the 13-year-old retrieved a weapon from inside the home, which he used to shoot the woman. She was grazed in the upper body by the shot, officers say. The 13-year-old left the scene after the incident.
