$1M Virginia Lottery Winning Ticket Bought At Woodbridge Safeway

A $1 million winning ticket in Virginia's New Year's Millionaire Raffle was bought at a Woodbridge Safeway, the Virginia Lottery said.

WOODBRIDGE, VA — A $1 million winning ticket in Virginia’s New Year’s Millionaire Raffle was bought in Woodbridge, according to the Virginia Lottery.

There were five $1 million winning tickets in this year's game, and one of the tickets — #608075 — was bought at the Safeway at 4240 Merchant Plaza in Woodbridge.

The other $1 million tickets were sold in Burke, Henrico, Midlothian and Danville, according to the Virginia Lottery.

Seven additional tickets in Virginia's New Year's Millionaire Raffle each won $100,000. They were bought in Chantilly, Gloucester, Chesapeake, Midlothian, Fredericksburg, Blacksburg and Woodstock. Another 1,000 tickets won $500 each. The winning numbers are posted on the Virginia Lottery's website.

A year ago, on Jan. 1, 2022, there were four $1 million winners in Virginia's New Year's Millionaire Raffle. The first of last year's New Year's Millionaire Raffle $1 million winners was announced by the Virginia Lottery on Jan. 19, 2022.
