3-Month-Old Stabbed, Family Member Charged: Police
Woman was watching baby girl Saturday when she stabbed the child, causing serious injuries, according to Prince William County Police.

WOODBRIDGE, VA — A woman is accused of stabbing a small, crying baby, seriously injuring the child, according to Prince William County Police.
Leah Greer Arrington, 35, of the 3200 block of Ridge View Ct in Woodbridge, is charged with aggravated malicious wounding. She is being held without bond.
Officers responded at 12:42 p.m. Saturday to the Arrington's apartment community.

Arrington was reportedly watching the 3-month-old victim for a family member. The baby girl was crying when Arrington allegedly grabbed a kitchen knife and stabbed the victim in the lower body, according to police.
Another family member contacted police and Arrington was detained after police arrived without incident.

The victim is being treated for serious, life-threatening injuries.
