$50K Powerball Ticket Sold At Dale City 7-Eleven
A Powerball ticket sold at a Dale City 7-Eleven won $50,000 in Saturday's drawing, the Virginia Lottery announced.

DALE CITY, VA — A Powerball ticket sold in Dale City won $50,000 in Saturday's drawing, the Virginia Lottery announced. Seven other tickets combined to win $400,000 in drawings on Saturday and Monday.
The winning ticket from Dale City was purchased at the 7-Eleven at 4800 Dale Boulevard, lottery officials said.
The Dale City ticket matched four of the first five winning numbers from Saturday's Powerball drawing. On Monday, a ticket purchased in Washington State matched all six numbers from a drawing to win a $755 million jackpot.

The Powerball had seen 33 consecutive drawings without a ticket matching all six numbers, lottery officials said. In Virginia, those 33 drawings raised $15.6 million dollars in profit that will benefit public schools throughout the state.
