Beginning at 8am at VA Runner Woodbridge

Join Fitness All Ways, Moms Run This Town & VA Runner this Saturday at 7:45am! The run/walk will start promptly at 8am from VA Runner Woodbridge to Life Design Fitness studio for cross-training challenges, free chair massages by Massage Heights, refreshments and more!
