Abduction Suspect Arrested in Woodbridge: Police
Clarence Olutayo Olowu, 32, was wanted for abduction and assault and battery, according to Prince William County Police.
WOODBRIDGE, VA — A man wanted for locking a woman inside a business Sunday and assaulting her before leaving in the 2500 block of Dynasty Loop in Woodbridge has been arrested, according to Prince William County Police.
Clarence Olutayo Olowu, 32 (above), was wanted for abduction and assault and battery.
Shortly after 3 p.m., police responded to an assault report at ZY Massage, where the 44-year-old victim said the man entered the business about 10 a.m. and asked to use the restroom. On his way out of the business, he requested a hug from the victim, who declined.

The suspect left the store but returned a short time later and locked the door from the inside, preventing the woman from leaving. A struggled ensued, resulting in minor injuries, during which the victim broke free and ran from the business.
