What is now Prince William Ice Center first opened in 1996. The rink was operated under several owners until March 2008 when the current owners purchased the business and changed the name to Prince William Ice Center.

On February 6, 2010, in the midst of a fierce blizzard, the building collapsed and no part of it could be salvaged. The rink was completely redesigned and rebuilt, and reopened on September 24, 2011. It now stands as a landmark destination in Prince William County, Virginia.

What type of product/service does your business offer?

Prince William Ice Center offers a full program of recreational and competitive figure skating, ice hockey and speed skating in a safe, family-friendly environment.

Our Learn to Skate and Learn to Play Hockey programs are taught by accomplished professionals with many years of experience in skating instruction. Most have competed at very high levels, including in college hockey and at the Olympics.
