The incident occurred around 1:30 a.m. on Sunday, the police department said in a report. The victim told police that she was walking in the area of Forestdale Avenue and Fullerton Road. The suspect pulled up beside her in a white sedan offered her a ride; she accepted, authorities said.

"During the ride, the victim asked to get out of the vehicle and the driver refused," the police department said in a report. "At one point during the encounter, the driver exposed himself and made inappropriate gestures before grabbing the victim."
