WOODBRIDGE, VA – A 12-year-old boy was assaulted and robbed of his e-bike by a group of three other boys on Wednesday, according to Prince William County police.
The Prince William Count Police Department says officers responded to reports of a robbery on the 13000 block of Telegraph Road in Woodbridge at 4:10 p.m. They say a 12-year-old boy was riding his e-bike in the area when three unknown young men approached him. Officers say the group attacked the 12-year-old, causing him minor injuries, and stole the bike.
Police say they have arrested one suspect, a 17-year-old, and are looking for the other two. The 17-year-old is charged with robbery and being held at a juvenile detention center.
