• Man killed in Woodbridge domestic dispute; brother arrested (fox5dc.com) — Police are investigating a deadly stabbing between two brothers early Sunday morning at a home on Whitaker Place in Woodbridge, where 27-year-old Maliek Harrington later died. Officers arrested his brother, 25-year-old Ryheim Harrington, at the scene and charged him with second-degree murder. Authorities say a family argument escalated into violence, and the suspect is being held without bond.
   

• Prince William trio still NFL hopefuls as teams reduce their rosters (insidenova.com) — Three Prince William County football standouts, including Freedom-Woodbridge alum Vershon Lee, were cut as NFL teams trimmed rosters to 53 players Sunday but still have practice-squad hopes. Bishop Fitzgerald and Jalen Stroman also await decisions as teams sort waivers and finalize 16-player practice squads. Local fans can still watch to see if any land spots this week.
