The 30-year-old victim was hospitalized, and investigators have released surveillance images and a detailed description of the suspect, urging anyone with information to contact Prince William County Police.
• Local Salvadoran immigrants are on edge with temporary protected status in limbo (princewilliamtimes.com) — Thousands of Salvadoran families in Prince William County, including many in Woodbridge, are anxiously waiting to see if their Temporary Protected Status will be extended, affecting jobs, mortgages, and children's schooling. Local advocates, a Woodbridge community leader, school officials, and area members of Congress are pressing the Trump administration and Congress for an 18‑month extension while urging TPS holders to prepare for worst‑case scenarios.
