Another Sexual Assault By Man On Scooter Reported In Woodbridge
A fourth victim of inappropriate touching in the Woodbridge area has come forward, authorities said.

WOODBRIDGE, VA — Another victim in a series of sexual assaults in the Powells Creek Boulevard area of Woodbridge has come forward, according to the Prince William County Police Department.
In the latest incident reported to Prince William police, on April 17, a 45-year-old woman was walking on Blue Pool Drive near Paper Mill Lane in Woodbridge when she was inappropriately touched by an unknown man operating a black, stand-up electric scooter. The victim did not report any injuries.
Police say the suspect wore a black graphic tee and grey shorts.

This victim is at least the third in the area this year. Additional assaults were reported as taking place on March 10, when two victims reported being inappropriately touched by a man riding a black scooter, and March 14, when another victim reported a similar encounter. While investigating the incident, it was reported that a similar encounter involving the suspect and victim occurred in the same area in May 2025.

All but one of the encounters took place along Powells Creek Boulevard; the most recent was not on that road but nearby, near the Powells Creek Trail.

The suspect in that incident was described as a Hispanic male in his late teens to early 20s, 5’8” tall, with brown, wavy hair, and driving a black stand-up electric scooter.
