Armed Robber Busted While Pumping Gas in Woodbridge: Police
An armed man who demanded fuel from a Sheetz gas station in Woodbridge had his requested granted while police arrived to arrest him: Police.

WOODBRIDGE, VA—An armed man who demanded fuel from a Sheetz gas station early Thursday at 4021 Prince William Parkway had his requested granted while police were summoned to the scene, according to Prince William County Police.
Paulo Roberto Lisboa, 20, of the 14500 block of Duran Drive in Woodbridge, was arrested and charged with robbery, use of a firearm in commission of a felony and wearing a ballistic vest while in commission of a felony.
Shortly after 2 a.m., police arrived at the scene for a reported robbery. An employee said an unknown man entered the business, flashed a gun and ordered the clerk to give him gas. So the clerk programmed a gas pump and also called police when Lisboa went outside to fuel his vehicle.

After arriving, police found Lisboa—still holding the gun—pumping gas. He immediately was arrested without incident, although police did find he was wearing a ballistic vest under his clothing.
