Armed Robbery Arrest After Months Searching for Suspect

Suspects followed victim home after she walked her dog, according to Prince William County Police.

The suspect in a frightening September armed robbery was arrested late last week, according to Prince William County Police.

D’Quinta Arastoo Hill, 20, of no fixed address, is charged with robbery, abduction, use of a firearm in commission of a felony, possession of a firearm by a felon and burglary. He was arrested on Dec. 26.

Police responded to a robbery call at 12:56 a.m. on Sept. 13 in the 16900 block of Porters Inn Drive in Dumfries.

The victim, 24, told police that two unknown men forced themselves into her home. Armed with guns, the men allegedly demanded money. They grabbed a laptop and fled the home. The woman was not injured.

Police suspect the men followed the victim home while she was walking her dog in the neighborhood.

On Oct. 1, police identified Hill as a suspect, but they were unable to locate him until last week.
