Assault, Theft Suspects Sought In Dumfries: Police
Authorities are looking for three men who assaulted a man, stole his vehicle and fired several shots Tuesday in Woodbridge: PWC Police.

DUMFRIES, VA—Authorities are looking for three men who assaulted a man, stole his vehicle and fired several shots early Tuesday in the 16800 block of Jefferson Davis Highway, according to Prince William County Police. One of the suspects is described as white with long brown hair, and the other two are described as black.
Shortly after 1:15 a.m., police went to the area to investigate a shooting. The victim, 25, said he was sitting in his parked vehicle in the 3100 block of Chesapeake Drive when he was approached by three men waving guns. After assaulting him, they rummaged through his pockets and took his keys, cell phone and money.
The man then ran away from the scene, during which several shots were fired, and into a nearby business where he contacted police. Along with a K-9 unit, police searched for the suspects but came up empty. The man suffered minor injuries.
