Fitness All Ways, LLC (formerly Train with Trin, LLC) independent contractor at Life Design Fitness Studio, is building a team of the area’s top training talent.

Who

A certified personal trainer with the passion, energy, integrity and desire to grow his or her training career in a private training facility

A certified personal trainer with an established personal training business who could benefit from business coaching and needs a physical location for personal training sessions

What

Access to 3,200 square feet of cardio machines, weight equipment and accessories to train clients for one-on-one or small group sessions

Space to hold informational consultations

Outdoor space for sport-specific workouts or general fitness training

Independent Contractor status and ability to maintain your business name and clientele

Coaching Provided

Establishing and growing your online presence

New client intake procedures

How to keep your clients motivated

Finding continuing education courses and/or the right specialty certifications for you

Assistance with program design for all fitness levels

One-on-one coaching sessions as needed

As well as keeping you abreast of networking, volunteering and community expos

Requirements & Guidelines

· Current personal trainer certification

· Excellent customer service and communication skills both written and oral

· Experience in designing and implementing fitness routines

· Specialized personal training certification a plus but not required

· Current CPR – child, adult with first aid and AED

· Liability insurance – will help you with this process if needed

· A minimum of 5 clients as a starting base

· $800 deposit toward your first month’s rent, cleaning supplies and full use of the studio

· Receive key after first performance assessment within 90 days working at Life Design Fitness Studio

· No teams – individual trainers only

· Must start with one-on-one sessions first before working with groups based on the space and the current group class schedule in the studio

· Preference is given to trainers with morning clients but all trainers who fit the criteria can apply
