Belmont Bay Rehab & Healthcare Celebrates Renovation Milestone, Introducing State-of-the-Art Therapy Gym
Woodbridge, Va., Center Aims to Meet Area Healthcare Demand

Belmont Bay Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Woodbridge is celebrating a renovation milestone, introducing its new, state-of-the-art therapy gym. Located at 14906 Richmond Highway, the 120-bed skilled nursing facility provides post-hospital care, short-term rehab and long-term residential care.
Belmont Bay’s new therapy gym features state-of-the-art equipment and other technology to support the delivery of progressive rehab services. A spacious activities of daily living (ADL) suite mimics a home environment with a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom – enabling patients the opportunity to regain skills before returning home.
“It’s a transformative time at Belmont Bay,” said Megan Shilling, regional director of market development at Marquis Health Consulting Services, which supports the center. “Belmont Bay expanded the size of its rehab therapy space to accommodate next-level skilled nursing care and services that meet regional demand. The gym is a gorgeous, inviting space and a distinguishing factor for the center.”
