Harris Teeter also offers fresh bread and has a good variety of fresh bread. One of my favorite breads there is with Olives and they also have one with nuts in there. Not sure of the name right now but both are very yummy.

Panera Bread offers lots of great and fresh bread. To be honest I have to admit I mostly order the tomato soup at Panera Bread with the fresh white bread. Very very tasty.
