Bomb Threat in Drive-Thru Robbery Attempt (Update)

Prince William County Police has released an image of the suspect and more information in the attempted robbery at a bank drive-thru window on Wednesday morning.
At 10:10 a.m. Wednesday, officers responded to the Bank of America on Old Bridge Road at 10:10 a.m.
Employees told police that a man on a black or dark bicycle approached a drive-up teller speaker and demanded money. He indicated he had a bomb in his backpack, according to police spokesperson Officer Jonathan Perok.

No money was taken and the suspect fled the area before officers arrived.
Police describe the suspect as a White or light skinned male, in his early to mid-20’s, about 5’11”, 150lbs with a thin build. He was last seen wearing all black or dark colored clothing included a hat, aviator style glasses and a bandana.
