Bomb Threat at Fred Lynn Middle Leads to Evacuation
School checked by police and K-9. Incident determined to be false call, according to Prince William County Police.

Update, 11:37 a.m.: ”The school has been checked by officers and a police K-9. No threat was located,” according to Prince William County Police. “The incident was determined to be a false call. Students should be returning to the school momentarily.”

A bomb threat at Fred Lynn Middle School has caused an evacuation Friday morning as police check the building.

All students are safe, according to the Prince William County Schools notice. As of 10:45 a.m., students were at nearby Grace Church.
Prince William County Police were continuing to conduct a search of the school after a phone call threat, according to the PWCS notice.
