Update: School Bus Cleared After Bomb Threat At Forest Park: Police

WOODBRIDGE, VA —A school bus at Forest Park High School was cleared on Thursday afternoon after a bomb threat, police said. Authorities did not find an explosive device.

Around 4 p.m. on Thursday, the police department said the bus was parked at Forest Park High School and a police K-9 was on its way to investigate the threat.

The police department said its actions are precautionary. The bus was unoccupied and isolated after the threat, authorities said.

Authorities have not announced any arrests or charges in connection with the bomb threat.
