Home-Style Eatery Is Coming to Potomac Mills

Hungry shoppers will soon have a new dining option at Potomac Mills Mall. Boston Market, the national fast-casual chain specializing in home-style meals, will open its second restaurant in Prince William County on Thursday in the mall’s food court.

The grand opening begins at 10:30 a.m. at the mall, at 2700 Potomac Mills Circle.

The new restaurant will offer busy shoppers a streamlined version of the traditional Boston Market menu, featuring favorites like rotisserie chicken, roasted turkey breast and a selection of popular home-style sides, including mashed potatoes, green beans and cornbread.

The Potomac Mills opening is part of Boston Market’s expansion into the non-traditional segment of the restaurant industry. Based in Golden, Colo., the company has 453 locations nationwide.
