Are you feeling overwhelmed already about what to eat this holiday season to stay on track? The average American will gain 9-15 pounds between now (Thanksgiving) and January 1st when we dive into our New Years Resolutions. Here are a few simple tips to help you stay ahead of the eating curve.
- Party or Celebrating Days - eat how you would normally throughout the day and then have the big meal.
- Let me repeat that one - DO NOT SKIP MEALS IN LIEU OF THE BIG MEAL, when you skip meals you will cause your body to overeat at the one big meal
- Exercise - a walk, parking at the back of the mall - a little bit of exercise will keep everything in your body moving
- Drink - um...no, I am not talking alcohol here, do that in moderation; make sure you drink plenty of water.
