Burglar Entered Store Through Rooftop Vents, Broke Through Wall To Enter An Office: Police
Authorities in Prince William County are looking for a burglar who used a rooftop vent to enter a Woodbridge grocery store on Saturday.

WOODBRIDGE, VA — A burglar used a rooftop ventilation system to break into a grocery store in Woodbridge on Saturday, according to a report from the Prince William County Police Department. Authorities said the burglar also forced his way through a side wall to enter an office.
Officers responded to the Selecto Grocery Store on Dale Boulevard on Saturday morning for a reported burglary. An employee told officers that when they arrived at the store, they noticed that the front door was unlocked.
Video surveillance footage revealed that just before 2 a.m. on Saturday morning, an unknown man used the building's rooftop ventilation system to enter the store. The surveillance footage shows the burglar crawling and walking throughout the business, police said in their report.

During their investigation, officers said a side wall inside the business was found damaged. Authorities believed that the suspect forced his way into an office through the wall.
Phone cards and an undisclosed amount of money were reported missing from the store, police said.

The burglar is described as a Hispanic man who, at the time of the burglary, was wearing a backwards baseball cap and light-colored clothing.
