Facing two years in jail, former governor is putting home on the market.

Former Gov. Bob McDonnell is waiting to argue his appeal before serving two years in jail on a high-profile corruption conviction. But he won’t be waiting at his Glen Allen home.

McDonnell’s golf community home is on the market for $944,000, according to Zillow. The McDonnells purchased the property in 2006 for $835,000, according to CBS6.

The home has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms with more than 5,000 sqft. And the listing boasts a view of the 6th fairway.

McDonnell was sentenced in January on claims he accepted loans and gifts from a Richmond businessman in exchange for public support and government lobbying by the governor and his wife. Maureen McDonnell was sentenced last month to 12 months and one day.

The Washington Post claims McDonnell carried the couple’s belongings out to the street for Goodwill.
