Put this event on your calendar! Make reservations for September 14, 2013, at the Loy Harris Pavilion. Here’s an opportunity to dress up and spend an evening to benefit children in Prince William County, who are often most in need of assistance in cases of mental, emotional or physical abuse.
Who is CASA?
CASA CIS was formerly known as Greater Prince William CASA and trained its first class of volunteers in 1994. CASA CIS serves the children of the 31st Judicial District which includes Manassas City, Manassas Park, and Prince William County and as of 2012 the children of the 20th Judicial District which includes Fauquier, Rappahannock and Loudoun. CASA CIS is the second largest CASA program in Virginia serving more than 500 abused children through more than 120 volunteer advocates.
This black tie optional evening event draws over 1,000 of the most fashionably dressed people to dance to the sounds of Doc Scantlin and the Imperial Palms Orchestra and enjoy the entertainment of Chou Chou Scantlin and The Girlfriends. Over 30 restaurants will provide a taste of fine cuisine and the cash bar will be staffed again with East to West Embroidery, and Ashby Jewelers owners and friends.
